		<description>That is how we feel in Vancouver too... what a waste of money this is going to be.  Going to a &quot;event&quot; here is so expensive in the first place, that only the wealthy can afford it.  But, 90% of us who will never go have to pay for the tab.  What a shame.</description>

		<description>I know this article is a few months old, but I just stumbled upon it. As a native and current resident of Indianapolis I can assure you the residents of this city were NOT in favor of building a new stadium. We still owed 50 million USD on the RCA dome when it was demolished. Lucas Oil Stadium cost 100 million USD more than estimated and the yearly operating costs skyrocketed as well.

Residents in the 4 surrounding counties of Indianapolis have raised entertainment taxes because of the stadium and most of them will never step foot inside the stadium. Needless to say there is a lot of controversy surrounding this stadium and is a sore subject here in Indianapolis.

Most people think it was a bad idea.</description>
